Compulsory rules

The “Goldfish” foundation has the exceptional copyright on all published, copied and broadcast audio-visual and printed stuff.
Competitors are not going to be paid any royalties on broadcasts, filming and other audio-visual and printed stuff mentioned above.
Participants have to sign a declaration, /to be filled in and signed by a parent or creative leader of a group/ thus giving the “Goldfish” foundation copyright on the printed and audio-visual stuff for the goals of the festival.
Creative and business contacts on the territory of Bulgaria are to be made exceptionally through the “Goldfish” foundation.
The Producer of the competition is the “Gold Fish” Foundation.
Only the “Gold Fish” Foundation has the exclusive rights to contract fully or partially shooting of other audio-visual works, as well as broadcasting of the performances from the competition program by Bulgarian or foreign film and TV companies, as well as for any amateur or professional video records.
All kinds of photo-video and movie-pictures or other audio-visual works, whether amateur or professional, may be taken during the competition, only with the special permission of the Organizational committee and upon payment of relevant fee.
Participants will not receive payments for the above mentioned broadcastings, shooting and other audio-video works, as well as for the concomitant concerts.
The “Goldfish” foundation has the exceptional copyright on all published, copied and broadcast audio-visual and printed stuff.
International Summer Academy with special courses under the guidance of Bulgarian and foreign tutors will act during the course of the competition. All who have successfully finished the course will be granted a special certificate.
If requested by the participants, the prize-won performances of the competition will be recorded on CDs, audio and video bearers.

In case of disputes in the interpretation of the present Regulations for participation in the Second International THIRD The International festival of gifted children and youths “Goldfish”the Bulgarian text is to be applied.
Remark: The Organizational The International festival of gifted children and youths “Goldfish” reserves the right to change the dates of the competition, duly informing all participants in advance.
