JURY
Evaluating and ranking participants is to be done individually by a professional international jury of prominent specialists in the various fields of art.
The jury appraises each performance by the 10th grade scale the highest and the lowest grades are taken out of the total result.
The jury works in accordance with the regulations, approved by the O C.
The jury meets at the end of each round. Awards are to be announced at the Gala-evening.
The jury is entitled to disqualify those participants who don’t meet the requirements.
The jury's decisions are final; they are not subject to discussion.
The chairman of the “Goldfish” foundation has the right to appoint the “Grand Prix”
